An activity of some selected indicator enzymes in rats after adrenalectomy, stimulation and inhibition of adrenal glands has been investigated in the heart muscle. An increase in the activity of CPK, isoenzyme CK-MB, LDH and AspAT after the adrenal stimulation (Synacthen) have been observed. As well as significant decrease in the activity of these enzymes after adrenalectomy and inhibition (by use Orimeten-aminoglutethimide) functioning of adrenal glands have been observed.
已经在心肌中研究了大鼠肾上腺切除、肾上腺刺激和抑制后一些选定指标酶的活性。观察到肾上腺刺激（辛纳肽）后肌酸磷酸激酶（CPK）、同工酶CK-MB、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AspAT）的活性增加。还观察到肾上腺切除和抑制（使用奥咪替丁-氨基导眠能）肾上腺功能后这些酶的活性显著降低。
