Abstract

A one-year-old girl with tricuspid atresia (TA) underwent fenestrated totalcavopulmonary connection (TCPC) after pulmonary artery banding. Under cardiopulmonary bypass, an fenestrated intraatrial cavocaval channel was constructed with a prosthetic graft of polytrafluorothylene. The SVC was transsected and each end of SVC was anastomosed to the pulmonary artery in a end-to-side fashion. She did not need "high CVP management" nor "low HR management" in the post operative course. We suggest that fenestrated TCPC may be indicated for the patients of TA at late infantile stage.

一名患有三尖瓣闭锁(TA)的1岁女孩在肺动脉环扎术后接受了开窗全腔静脉肺动脉连接术(TCPC)。在体外循环下,用聚四氟乙烯人工血管构建了一个开窗的心房内腔静脉通道。上腔静脉被横断,上腔静脉的两端以端侧方式与肺动脉吻合。术后她无需进行“高中心静脉压管理”或“低心率管理”。我们建议,开窗TCPC可能适用于晚期婴儿期的TA患者。
