Results of operations on 252 patients with echinococcosis of the liver are analyzed. Closed hydatidectomy was performed in 166 (65.87%) patients, semi-closed one--in 14 (5.56%), pericystectomy--in 16 (6.35%), ideal hydatidectomy--in 12 (4.76%), resection of the liver with removal of the echinococcus cyst--in 9 (3.5%) and percutaneous transhepatic drainage of the cyst--in 7 (2.78%) patients. Postoperative complications were noted in 25 patients; suppurations of the residual cavity--in 17 patients; external bile fistulas--in 5 patients; subdiaphragmatic abscess--in 2, reactive pleurisy--in 1 patient. The least amount of complications followed closed hydatidectomy in 4 patients (2.44%).
分析了252例肝包虫病患者的手术结果。166例（65.87%）患者进行了闭合性包虫切除术，14例（5.56%）进行了半闭合性手术，16例（6.35%）进行了包囊切除术，12例（4.76%）进行了理想的包虫切除术，9例（3.5%）进行了肝切除并摘除包虫囊肿，7例（2.78%）患者进行了经皮肝穿刺囊肿引流术。25例患者出现术后并发症；17例患者残腔化脓；5例患者出现外胆瘘；2例患者发生膈下脓肿；1例患者出现反应性胸膜炎。闭合性包虫切除术后并发症最少，有4例（2.44%）。
