Abstract
We report a case of kerionlike lesion of the scalp due to Acremonium kiliense in a boy without underlying disease. Diagnosis was established by direct examination and cultures from pus and scrapings.

我们报告一例由基利枝顶孢引起的头皮类脓癣样病变，患儿无基础疾病。通过直接检查以及脓液和刮屑培养确诊。
