Aspergillus wentii (IMI 17295) and its three nutritional mutant strains were irradiated with UV rays. New mutants obtained differed from the parent strains in colour of the conidia, growth factor requirements and amylase activity. Arginine deficient strains showed greater amylase activity.
对米曲霉（IMI 17295）及其三种营养突变菌株进行紫外线照射。获得的新突变体在分生孢子颜色、生长因子需求和淀粉酶活性方面与亲本菌株不同。精氨酸缺陷型菌株表现出更高的淀粉酶活性。
