Pleomorphic adenomas with atypical facial presentation, specifically, in the nasal sinus region, were studied. A patient who presented with malignant tumor of the nasal sinus was diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma after histologic misdiagnosis. The surgical technique and outcome at one year are described.
