Repair of marginal furrow perforation.

Limbus base lamellar scleral flap and fornix base conjunctival flap have been combined for repair of perforation secondary to Terrien's marginal furrow degeneration of the cornea. Postoperative thinning of the flaps, pseudopterygium extension, and other complications have not occurred.
