Abstract
Hydroxyapatite-based radicular paste was tried in 12 dogs with experimental chronic periodontitis. Hydroxyapatite, zinc-eugenol, and resorcin-formal pastes were compared. The periodontal status was assessed by morphometric methods. Hydroxyapatite-based radicular paste was found to be the most effective means of treating experimental chronic periodontitis. In control groups the therapeutic effect was either null or minimal.

在12只患有实验性慢性牙周炎的犬身上试用了羟基磷灰石根管糊剂。对羟基磷灰石、氧化锌丁香油糊剂和甲醛甲酚糊剂进行了比较。通过形态计量学方法评估牙周状况。结果发现，羟基磷灰石根管糊剂是治疗实验性慢性牙周炎最有效的方法。在对照组中，治疗效果要么为零，要么微乎其微。
