Reduction of the macromamma that causes posture malformations, neck and back pain, and psychological problems is very important. I performed the technique on 13 patients whose ages ranged between 17 and 60 years during 1990 and 1993. I observed no complications in the controls. To obtain a better result in reduction mammoplasty, I use a technique that can be performed on patients of any age, without causing any problems in vascularization, sensitivity, and lactation, and that avoids the vertical scar.
缩小导致姿势畸形、颈部和背部疼痛以及心理问题的巨乳非常重要。1990年至1993年期间，我对13名年龄在17岁至60岁之间的患者实施了该技术。我观察到对照组没有并发症。为了在缩乳术中获得更好的效果，我采用了一种可用于任何年龄患者的技术，该技术不会在血管形成、感觉和泌乳方面造成任何问题，并且避免了垂直疤痕。
