To report our experience in the surgical treatment of urinary fistulas.
The clinical records of the patients seen during the period 1988-1991 were reviewed.
Sixteen cases of urinary fistulas were found; most of these had been caused during a gynecological procedure. All cases were treated by surgery, which achieved a satisfactory result in 100% of the cases.
Abdominal hysterectomy was the most frequent cause of urinary fistula. The most common was vesico-vaginal fistula, predominantly located in the upper portion of the trigone. The surgical technique most commonly utilized was transvesical fistulectomy.
报告我们在尿瘘手术治疗方面的经验。
回顾了1988年至1991年期间就诊患者的临床记录。
发现16例尿瘘；其中大多数是在妇科手术过程中造成的。所有病例均接受手术治疗，100%的病例取得了满意的效果。
腹式子宫切除术是尿瘘最常见的原因。最常见的是膀胱阴道瘘，主要位于膀胱三角区上部。最常用的手术技术是经膀胱瘘管切除术。
