Report on an uncommon reaction to BCG-vaccination in a 7 years old child. A general BCG-allergy occurred manifesting by far extended alterations of the skin and by swelling of the hilar lymph nodes. In connection with this case the author recommends to apply only the intracutaneous testing in tuberculin diagnostics. Repeated BCG-vaccination should be done only with the greatest caution.
一名7岁儿童卡介苗接种罕见反应的报告。出现了全身性卡介苗过敏，表现为皮肤广泛改变和肺门淋巴结肿大。结合该病例，作者建议在结核菌素诊断中仅采用皮内试验。重复接种卡介苗应极其谨慎。
