[Malignant hemangiopericytoma in the uterus].

Case report of a 80 years old woman having undergone hysterectomy for myoma of the uterus. Histopathological examination revealed a malignant hemangiopericytoma in the uterus. Pathology, including electron microscopy, and clinical behaviour of these vascular tumor, normally situated outside of the uterus, are discussed with reference to the literature.
