Abstract
The causes and the pathogenesis of tardive dyskinesia are not well understood. There is no therapy currently available that has been shown to alter the overall course. However, it is possible to influence the development or the progression of this disorder. A decision tree of feasible therapeutic choices is presented here, to prevent or treat tardive dyskinesia in patients who need long term neuroleptic therapy.

迟发性运动障碍的病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。目前尚无已证实能改变其总体病程的治疗方法。然而，影响这种疾病的发展或进展是有可能的。本文给出了一个可行治疗选择的决策树，用于预防或治疗需要长期使用抗精神病药物治疗的患者的迟发性运动障碍。
