Malignant phyllodes tumours are rare fibroepithelial tumours of the breast. The tumours consist of a benign looking epithelium surrounded by a cellular stroma with malignant features. Two cases of a malignant phyllodes tumour are presented. Both cases showed recurrence before metastasizing. One case was treated by a radical mastectomy and the other needed only a toilet mastectomy. Radiotherapy had no effect in one of the cases.
恶性叶状肿瘤是一种罕见的乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤。肿瘤由外观良性的上皮组织被具有恶性特征的细胞性间质所包绕组成。本文报告两例恶性叶状肿瘤。两例均在发生转移前出现复发。一例接受了根治性乳房切除术，另一例仅需行单纯乳房切除术。放疗对其中一例无效。
