Antitoxic therapeutic sera produced by the method "Diaferm-3" (devised at the Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences) are contaminated in the process of production with group-specific substances and extraneous enzymes contained in crude preparations of swine pepsin. These ballast substances have a negative influence on the process of purification and the stability of antitoxin during the storage of the sera and constitute one of the reasons of their high reactogenicity.
采用“Diaferm - 3”方法(由苏联医学科学院流行病学与微生物学研究所设计)生产的抗毒治疗血清,在生产过程中会被猪胃蛋白酶粗制品中所含的组特异性物质和外来酶污染。这些杂质对血清纯化过程以及血清储存期间抗毒素的稳定性有负面影响,并且是其高反应原性的原因之一。
