Abstract
Presents analysis of the status of different levels of autonomic innervation in patients with generalized periodontitis. Sympathetic activation at both suprasegmentary and segmentary levels revealed in all the patients is a pathogenetic component in the disease development. A stable correlation has been detected between the degree of segmentary sympathetic activation and severity of generalized periodontitis.

对广泛性牙周炎患者不同水平自主神经支配状态进行了分析。所有患者均显示出在节段上和节段水平的交感神经激活，这是疾病发展中的一个致病因素。已检测到节段性交感神经激活程度与广泛性牙周炎严重程度之间存在稳定的相关性。
