Abstract
We report the case of a patient who presented a Hodgkin's disease of nodular sclerosis type twelve years after a non seminomatous germinal testicular tumor treated by association of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Review of literature found 19 cases of this association. The etiologic hypotheses able to explain the occurrence of these two neoplasms in the same patient are discussed.

我们报告了一例患者，该患者在接受化疗和放疗联合治疗的非精原性生殖细胞睾丸肿瘤12年后出现了结节硬化型霍奇金病。文献回顾发现了19例这种关联的病例。本文讨论了能够解释同一患者发生这两种肿瘤的病因假说。
