We report the case of a patient who presented a Hodgkin's disease of nodular sclerosis type twelve years after a non seminomatous germinal testicular tumor treated by association of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Review of literature found 19 cases of this association. The etiologic hypotheses able to explain the occurrence of these two neoplasms in the same patient are discussed.
