12 patients with gastric eosinophilic granuloma (GEG) were diagnosed mistakenly to be stomach cancer before operations, including 3 patients with acute massive hemorrhage from upper alimentary tract and 2 patients with pyloric obstruction. Operations were given to all. No relapses were noted after operation.
12例胃嗜酸性肉芽肿患者术前均被误诊为胃癌，其中3例合并上消化道急性大出血，2例合并幽门梗阻。全部患者均接受了手术治疗。术后均无复发。
