A 13-year-old boy presented with a well limited, juxta-hilar intrarenal mass. Needle biopsy suggested a nephrogenic nephroma. The child underwent tumorectomy. The tumor was composed of uniform metanephric tubules with small calcospherites. This rare entity is known for benign course. Half of its cases have been described in children, the other half in adults, mainly women in their fifties.
一名13岁男孩出现一个界限清楚的肾门旁肾内肿块。针吸活检提示为肾源性肾瘤。该患儿接受了肿瘤切除术。肿瘤由均匀的后肾管和小钙化球组成。这种罕见的实体以良性病程著称。其病例一半见于儿童，另一半见于成人，主要是五十多岁的女性。
