The enormous progress in natural and physical sciences leads medicine to limits, namely limits of ethics, credibility and economy. The term 'religio' does not mean religion in the traditional sense, but stands for the norms guiding the physician's actions. Simultaneously, 'religio' searches for clues in fairy tales and myths that guide the physician, on his delicate way between feasibility and responsibility.
自然科学和物理科学的巨大进步将医学推向了极限,即伦理、可信度和经济的极限。“religio”一词并非传统意义上的宗教,而是代表指导医生行为的规范。同时,“religio”在童话故事和神话中寻找线索,以引导医生在可行性和责任感之间的微妙道路上前行。
