[Remission of post-traumatic high flow priapism with embolization with self-coagulum].

Non-ischaemic high flow priapism resulting from trauma of the genito-perineal area is an uncommon occurrence. Resolution by selective embolization of the internal pudendal artery is currently the choice treatment. This paper presents the case of a 9 year-old patient where embolization with autologous coagulation achieved healing.
