Different gradations of m. quadriceps femoris muscular fibres were revealed by means of histochemical method of succinate dehydrogenase activity determination in boys from 7 to 17-years old. Energetic profile of different types muscular fibres was shown to change unevenly in postnatal ontogenesis. Most muscular fibres tend to reduce oxidation activity by the age of 17. This proves the standing that muscular fibres are not stable structures and their energetic profile is dependent on the hormonal background of a growing organism.
通过琥珀酸脱氢酶活性测定的组织化学方法,在7至17岁男孩中发现了股四头肌不同程度的肌纤维。结果显示,不同类型肌纤维的能量特征在出生后的个体发育过程中变化不均衡。到17岁时,大多数肌纤维的氧化活性趋于降低。这证明了肌纤维不是稳定的结构,其能量特征取决于生长中机体的激素背景。
