Injuries induced by anti-personal mines are special group of war injuries. Their prevalence is increasing and they afflict also civilians. As regards their mechanism they can be divided into three groups. In treatment principles of war surgery must be respected and procedures based on the experience of surgeons working in war conflicts in recent years. The most essential feature is debridement of the wound and postponement of the suture.
杀伤人员地雷造成的伤害是战争伤害中的一个特殊群体。其发生率正在上升,而且也折磨着平民。就其机制而言,可分为三组。在治疗中,必须遵循战争外科的原则,并采用基于近年来在战争冲突中工作的外科医生经验的程序。最关键的特征是伤口清创和延迟缝合。
