[Intracaval neoplastic thrombi from clear cell adenocarcinoma of the kidney involving the righ renal and spermatic veins. Report of a case].

The authors report the case of a patient with right renal cell carcinoma with two intracaval tumour nodules, one arising in the renal vein and the other arising in the spermatic vein. They discuss the complementary investigations and propose a pathophysiological explanation for this rare neoplastic extension to the spermatic vein.
