BACKGROUND
Uterine rupture during the second trimester is a rare obstetric emergency. There have been 31 reported cases since 1968, with 25 occurring during elective termination of pregnancy. Four cases occurred in patients with transverse lower uterine segment cesarean scars.
CASE
In this case, uterine rupture of a classical cesarean scar occurred during second-trimester termination.
CONCLUSION
This is the first reported case of rupture of a classical cesarean scar during second-trimester pregnancy termination.
背景
孕中期子宫破裂是一种罕见的产科急症。自1968年以来，已有31例报道，其中25例发生在选择性终止妊娠期间。4例发生在子宫下段横切口剖宫产瘢痕的患者中。
病例
