The method of intramedullary introduction of the Küntscher pin in order to penetrate, immobilize and stabilize a subtrochanteral fracture of the femur in children and adults has given excellent anatomical and functional results. This method is effective because it synthesizes the positive elements of a mechanical, vascular and biomechanical nature. The results published in our own and foreign literature and our own results indicate that this method is effective; it is a simple, quick technique which saves the tissue of the affected area from injury and maintains optimal functioning of the extremity.
为了穿入、固定和稳定儿童及成人股骨转子下骨折而采用的髓内插入克氏针的方法已取得了优异的解剖学和功能学结果。该方法之所以有效，是因为它综合了机械、血管和生物力学方面的积极因素。我们自己和国外文献中发表的结果以及我们自己的研究结果均表明，该方法是有效的；它是一种简单、快速的技术，可使患区组织免受损伤，并维持肢体的最佳功能。
