Some clinical characteristics of posttraumatic psychovegetative syndrome, associated with nonspecific brain systems disfunctions were defined more precisely on the basis of the clinical estimation of vegetative, psychological as well as polygraphic indexes of sleep-awakening cycle in 205 patients with the consequences of closed craniocerebral trauma (CCT). It was mentioned that the characteristics features of such psychovegetative syndrome turned out to be: in vegetative sphere the clear parasympathetic displacement of main cardiovascular characteristics. According to electrophysiological data the alteration of tentative reactions dying away as well as decrease of alpha-rhythm presentation in the relaxed awakening state were observed. The prevalence of anxious and depressive features was marked in personality structure. The discussion of results obtained was performed. The psychovegetative pattern revealed was worthwhile in different diagnosis of CCT with diseases of other etiology as well as both elaboration and improvement of rehabilitation system of patients with CCT consiquences.
基于对205例闭合性颅脑创伤（CCT）后遗症患者睡眠 - 觉醒周期的植物神经、心理及多导记录指标的临床评估，与非特异性脑系统功能障碍相关的创伤后精神植物神经综合征的一些临床特征得到了更精确的界定。研究指出，这种精神植物神经综合征的特征表现为：在植物神经领域，主要心血管特征明显向副交感神经方向偏移。根据电生理数据，观察到诱发性反应衰减的改变以及放松觉醒状态下α波节律表现的降低。在人格结构中，焦虑和抑郁特征较为普遍。对所得结果进行了讨论。所揭示的精神植物神经模式对于CCT与其他病因疾病的鉴别诊断以及CCT后遗症患者康复系统的完善和改进具有重要价值。
