We study, with the recently introduced method of analysis of the behavior of the TMJ through duplex-Doppler and cine-Bmode echography, a set of 38 patients already clinically examined. Among them we have 10 normal and 28 abnormal patients with various pathological conditions, 22 clicks of different intensities, three condylomeniscal lack of coordination and three locks. We obtained from the normal patients the typical duplex-Doppler spectra showing symmetrically alternate behavior and regular profiles during opening and closing of the mouth. In the case of clicks we obtained spectra with various irregularities of the profile and discontinuities in the worst cases. For the locks we observed a drastic and systematic reduction of the spectral amplitude.
我们使用最近引入的通过双功能多普勒和动态B型超声心动图分析颞下颌关节行为的方法，对一组38例已进行临床检查的患者进行了研究。其中有10名正常患者和28名患有各种病理状况的异常患者，22例有不同强度的弹响，3例髁突-半月板不协调和3例绞锁。我们从正常患者中获得了典型的双功能多普勒频谱，显示在张口和闭口过程中呈现对称交替的行为和规则的形态。在弹响的情况下，我们获得了形态各异且不规则、在最严重情况下有间断的频谱。对于绞锁病例，我们观察到频谱幅度急剧且系统性地降低。
