Abstract
Two hundred and six unselected liver biopsies were stained with Gomori's aldehyde fuschin, aldehyde thionine, and a modified orcein stain, according to Shikata and others (1974). Six cases showed positive cytoplasmatic staining indicative of hepatitis B antigen. It is suggested that one of these methods should be used in the study of liver biopsies, as an additional tool in the detection of hepatitis B carriers.

根据Shikata等人（1974年）的方法，对206份未经挑选的肝活检标本进行了Gomori醛品红、醛硫堇和改良orcein染色。6例显示细胞质染色阳性，提示存在乙型肝炎抗原。建议在肝活检研究中使用这些方法之一，作为检测乙肝携带者的辅助手段。
