[Unilateral amaurosis caused by osteoma of the sphenoid sinus associated with mucocele. Apropos of a case].

A rare case of sphenoid sinus osteoma associated with a mucocele is presented. Progressive unilateral amaurosis is the only clinical sign. Subtotal resection of the tumor had been realised through a frontal extra-dural approach. The operative indications are discussed.
