Abstract
A rare case of sphenoid sinus osteoma associated with a mucocele is presented. Progressive unilateral amaurosis is the only clinical sign. Subtotal resection of the tumor had been realised through a frontal extra-dural approach. The operative indications are discussed.

本文报道了一例罕见的蝶窦骨瘤合并黏液囊肿病例。进行性单侧黑矇是唯一的临床症状。通过额部硬膜外入路实现了肿瘤的次全切除。并对手术指征进行了讨论。
