A case of primary adenosquamous carcinoma of the colon in a 73-year old woman is reported. Primary adenosquamous carcinoma of the colon is rare, and follows more highly aggressive course. But this case was successfully resected with prolonged survival. The pertinent literature is reviewed.
报告了一例73岁女性原发性结肠腺鳞癌病例。原发性结肠腺鳞癌罕见，病程更具侵袭性。但该病例成功切除，生存期延长。并对相关文献进行了综述。
