Erythrocytes of urinary sediment were examined in 37 patients using the Red Cell Analyser Technicon H1. In 17 patients it was renal haematuria, in 20 non-renal haematuria. It was demonstrated, that the first group (with renal haematuria) there was significant higher percentage of microcytes in urinary sediment and significant lower MCV. Examination of urinary sediment's erythrocytes using the red cell analyser Technicon H1 matters for differentiation character of haematuria.
使用Technicon H1红细胞分析仪对37例患者尿沉渣中的红细胞进行了检查。其中17例为肾性血尿,20例为非肾性血尿。结果表明,第一组(肾性血尿患者)尿沉渣中小红细胞的百分比显著更高,平均红细胞体积(MCV)显著更低。使用Technicon H1红细胞分析仪检查尿沉渣中的红细胞,对于血尿的鉴别诊断具有重要意义。
