Abstract
Three lysinonorleucine peptides were isolated from mature porcine aorta elastin after enzymic digestions and partial acid hydrolysis. The structural investigation which were performed suggest that different regions containing lysinonorleucine may exist. The role of this cross-link in mature elastin is discussed.
