Abstract
Two cases of partial atrioventricular dissociation caused by paroxysmal nodal tachycardia with outlet track block are described. One of the episodes was discovered with the aid of ECG bronchial leads that permit distinct determination of atrial and ventricular "trapped" contractions, as well as combination complexes.
