Abstract
A clinical statistic survey was carried out on the operations performed at the Department of Urology, Handa Hospital between 1985 and 1994. The total number of operations was 2,532 and the number of operations other than extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) was 1,938. The mode of operation for urolithiasis has changed dramatically from open surgery to the ESWL and endourology.

对1985年至1994年间在半田医院泌尿外科进行的手术进行了一项临床统计调查。手术总数为2532例，体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）以外的手术数量为1938例。尿石症的手术方式已从开放手术显著转变为ESWL和腔内泌尿外科手术。
