Abstract
Despite the availability of modern imaging techniques, the plain film is still the single most useful imaging method for evaluating tumours and tumour-like conditions of bone. Systematic assessment of the radiographic features of a suspected bone tumour will usually provide an indication of its relative aggressiveness or non-aggressiveness.

尽管现代成像技术已广泛应用，但平片仍是评估骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变最有用的单一成像方法。对疑似骨肿瘤的放射学特征进行系统评估，通常能提示其相对侵袭性或非侵袭性。
