Methyl linoleate hydroperoxides (MLHPO), a model for lipid hydroperoxides, suppressed murine natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity to YAC-1 cells. When NK cells were cultured with MLHPO, the conjugation of NK cells could not lyse YAC-1 cells. These findings suggest that NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity can be suppressed by lipid hydroperoxides.
亚油酸甲酯氢过氧化物(MLHPO)作为脂质氢过氧化物的模型,可抑制小鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞对YAC-1细胞的细胞毒性作用。当NK细胞与MLHPO共同培养时,NK细胞的结合不能裂解YAC-1细胞。这些发现表明脂质氢过氧化物可抑制NK细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。
