[Treatment of ureterohydronephrosis in children with kidney doubling].

Long-term results of the surgery of 61 children with ureterohydronephrosis of one of doubling kidneys have been estimated. The authors believe that inter-pelvic and ureteropelvic anastomoses are most physiological in ureterohydronephrosis of doubling kidneys in children. In case of absence of vesicoureteral reflux there is no reason to remove the distal part of the ureter.
