The analysis of 195 angiographies of 130 patients with different kind of had dysontogenesis has been made. The age of patients was between 1 and 15 years old. The author believes that the anomalous hand has a deficit of the blood supply. It may cause some negative impacts on the result of a surgery (17 cases of 442 surgical procedures). The author recommends to pay attention to the abnormal vascular structure and peripheral hemodynamic during surgery.
对130例患有不同类型发育异常的患者的195份血管造影进行了分析。患者年龄在1至15岁之间。作者认为异常手存在血液供应不足的情况。这可能会对手术结果产生一些负面影响（442例手术中有17例）。作者建议在手术过程中注意异常的血管结构和外周血流动力学。
