Abstract
A description is given of the synthesis by fragment condensation of the peptides Glu-Ser-Ser-Ala-Asp-Lys-Phe-Lys-Arg-Gln-His-Met-Asp and Gly-Glu-Ser-Arg-Glu-Ser-Ser-Ala-Asp-Lys-Phe-Lys-Arg-Gln-His-Met-Asp respectively corresponding to the 5-17 and 1-17 amino acid sequences of rat pancreatic ribonuclease.
