Imipramine induced acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome): a report of two cases.

Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome) is characterized by massive dilatation of cecum and right colon and can occur in association with many medical and surgical conditions. We report two patients with Ogilive's syndrome associated with the use of imipramine.
