Improving workplace security.

A variety of practical ways to improve security in the workplace are offered. Included are response and countermeasures checklists, a chart listing the ABC's of personal violence avoidance, and a discussion of so-called smart technologies, such as safes that are programmed for time lock. Ways to resolve conflicts with a perpetrator are outlined.
