Continuing education is now seen as an essential part of professional practice and ways to improve the effectiveness of these courses are always under review. This article describes a year long, part-time hands-on restorative dentistry course and reports on the results. The aim of the course was to encourage those practitioners to attend continuing education courses who would not usually do so, and devise ways to maximise the usefulness of the course content.
继续教育如今被视为专业实践的重要组成部分，且提升这些课程有效性的方法也一直在研究中。本文介绍了一门为期一年的兼职口腔修复实践课程，并报告了相关结果。该课程的目的是鼓励那些通常不会参加继续教育课程的从业者参加，并设计方法以最大限度地提高课程内容的实用性。
