The continuing experience with extraperitoneal cesarean section at this institution is reviewed. The first 50 cases performed are reviewed and compared with equal numbers from two control groups as previously presented. A persistent advantage in the use of the procedure is demonstrated. Earlier optimism about the use of the procedure in selected patients is vindicated.
回顾了本机构腹膜外剖宫产术的持续经验。对最初施行的50例病例进行了回顾，并与之前报告的两个对照组中数量相同的病例进行了比较。结果表明，该手术方法持续具有优势。早期对于在特定患者中使用该手术方法的乐观态度得到了证实。
