The first case of simultaneous transverse testicular ectopia and a congenital seminal vesicle cyst is reported in a patient with coexistent upper urinary tract disorders. The literature relevant to these anomalies is reviewed and the rationale for complete urologic evaluation of the patient with a lower urinary tract anomaly is encouraged.
