[Apropos of a case of epidermoid carcinoma metastasizing into the digital pulp].

The author presents a case of laryngeal epidermoid carcinoma with a very unusual cutaneous metastasis which appeared on a digital pulp, 2 weeks after the diagnosis of the primary tumor. This metastatic site must be kept in mind for the diagnosis of nodule of the digital pulp.
