The lung can develop a spectrum of neuroendocrine neoplasms, whose histopathologic classification is difficult, controversial, and potentially confusing for the surgical pathologist. This chapter describes the various pulmonary endocrine tumors of the lung and provides guidelines for their differential diagnosis.
