[Isolated orbitobulbar sarcoidosis].

Communication about a rare form of Boeck's disease. A primary orbital sarcoidosis is described with probable optic nerve involvement and later intraocular invasion in the form of a single candle spot-shaped chorioretinitis. No other clinically noticeable extensions of this disease could be noticed. Clinical and histological findings were described and discussed, in view to the existing literature on that subject.
