The author presents his view on the problem of treatment of ectrodactyly on the basis of his experience with treatment of 159 children with this complex pathology. 1211 plastic and reconstructive operations were made on these patients. Results of the treatment were followed up during 14 years. A critical analysis is given in the light of long-term results of using the methods of recovery of under-developed fingers. The succession of the elimination of the hand defects giving favorable results in most patients is considered. Attention is given to inexpedient operative treatment of certain malformations of toes not influencing the foot function.
作者基于对159例患有这种复杂病理的儿童的治疗经验，阐述了他对外胚层发育不全治疗问题的看法。对这些患者进行了1211次整形和重建手术。对治疗结果进行了14年的随访。根据使用发育不全手指恢复方法的长期结果进行了批判性分析。考虑了在大多数患者中能产生良好效果的手部缺陷消除顺序。关注了对某些不影响足部功能的脚趾畸形进行的不当手术治疗。
