Analysis of the data of clinical neurological examinations, cerebral angiography, computed tomography, and electroencephalography in 77 patients with early cerebral aneurysmal rupture made it possible to identify three clinical types of vascular spasm-induced cerebral ischemia: compensated, subcompensated, and decompensated. specific characteristics of each type of cerebral ischemia are given. It is shown that early surgical treatment policy for aneurysms in vascular spasm must be determined by the clinical type of cerebral ischemia.
对77例早期脑动脉瘤破裂患者的临床神经学检查、脑血管造影、计算机断层扫描和脑电图数据进行分析，得以识别出血管痉挛性脑缺血的三种临床类型：代偿型、亚代偿型和失代偿型。文中给出了每种脑缺血类型的具体特征。结果表明，血管痉挛时动脉瘤的早期手术治疗策略必须由脑缺血的临床类型来决定。
